In August 30, 2016, Dipper Fresh & Associates announced that they would transfer Hexahedron Media Networks' ownership to RMC Media Networks, in which it changed its name to Hexahedron Television.

On September 4, 2016, RMC Media Networks' parent company, Dipper Fresh Communications was split into two companies, Dipper Fresh Domestic Television and Dipper Fresh Radio Networks. This split didn't affect RMCMN's ownership and operations.

On April 17, 2017, FRSH Domestic Television's parent, FRSH Inc. and all of the assets including RMCMN were acquired by Hexahedron Television Networks, in which all assets except for RMC Media Networks, were folded.
